Request for non-paid job
For my Business Course, I am required to have work experience in a foreign company.
I am studying in the Higher Education Department of the Lycée Leconte de Lisle in Saint Denis, Reunion Island, where I am following a post baccalauréat (A-Levels) two-year course in International Trade. A twelve week placement is a compulsory part of the course and in the English oral examination I shall be questioned about my practical work experience in a foreign company.
Therefore I am requesting a suitable non-paid position in a South African company in which my tasks would deal with any type of marketing work. I would accordingly be grateful if my application for such placement would be considered by any company from May 10 to July 31, 2004. I would thus be able to gain knowledge and experience of a foreign country and improve my English. My nationality is French. My CV and a list of possible marketing duties can be supplied on request. I look forward to response on my letter.
